Through the CODE and testXXX strategies, we envision a region where LGBTQI+ people have greater access to health services, are empowered to report abuse, and communities can thrive without fear or stigma.

Wider access to HIV services, person-centered care, human rights reporting and advocacy, strategic partnerships.

testMNL is a HASH initiative designed to promote HIV testing and prevention, specifically among the LGBTQI+ community, with a focus on men who have sex with men (MSM) and transgender people in Manila, Philippines. Launched by 2024, the campaign uses digital platforms and community engagement to raise awareness about HIV testing, Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP), and overall sexual health.

The main objectives of testMNL include:

Raise awareness, promote digital access and participation, reduce stigma

The campaign is known for its creative and accessible content, often incorporating humor, teen slang, and culturally relevant messages to reach its target audience. testMNL also addresses a wider range of sexual health issues, including harm reduction from chemsex, mental health issues, and advocating for human rights within the LGBTQI+ community.
